1) participation: i feel that throughout this semester i have participated with every aspect of the course. i have brought my gym-strip, i have been to each class on time and have excused my absences, i have tried to keep up my level of activity during any type of game or fitness day. of course each day is going to be different and yes there was some days where i didn't feel like doing anything. mood also plays a factor in participation and some days my mood determined the way i participated. if i was feeling good and was positive my fitness would be at a good level. if i was sad or mad and was just not feeling good my fitness would be horrible, and that's the truth. when choosing what i wanted to do on a choice day i always picked something i liked, if i knew it made me happy or feel better then i would pick it.
2) social responsibility and contribution to the class: i think that my responsibility and contribution to the class was based on how i was feeling that day. If a friend was feeling down, i would be encouraging them to keep going. i included everyone and tried to make people feel welcome. i would help organize some activities we were doing. i would bring back sports equipment. today i got my best beep test score -6- i was proud and one day i hope to reach a new goal.
3) in the past i never took P.E seriously. as i grew older i started to understand the importance of exercise. this semester of P.E i feel i have worked to the best that i have ever done. i have enjoyed my last year of p.e and i am glad i chose to take it all throughout my high school life. like i said, today i got my best beep test score -6- and i am happy to say that i got it on my last fitness day as a grade 12. i do try and watch what i eat but yeah some weeks are better then others and my family and i do eat clean at least 5-6 days a week. i will continue with fitness after high school by doing various of activities at home that i already do. such as treadmill, elliptical, spinning bike, bow flex and youtube workout videos.
4) i don't have any pictures or videos but my future goals and what learned throughout this school semester seem to fit this reflective part. future goals would be to create a plan and a journal about my fitness activities. i think i would benefit from writing down what i do and eat. i want to be stronger and healthier so to write about it could be a future goal for me. setting goals is one thing i learned out of P.E this year and i think that it is beneficial to set goals for yourself because it makes you feel accomplished when you can tick a goal off. to do fitness for yourself and no one else is something i also learned. you can lie all you want about whatever it is but it only will effect you. i think that taking P.E was a good thing for me and I'm glad i did.
over all i would give myself an 85%-90% mark in this course. i feel somedays i could have done more then how much i put in. but throughout this whole course i have put in a lot of effort and work and i enjoyed myself along the way. and because of that i would give my self this mark.

Dance week:
During the week before spring break we had a dance week. My attendance during this week was good. I came everyday on time. I didn't switch into strip, even though a couple days I wish I did. I feel that my participation during that week was well. I tryed to do all the dances that were shown. My favorite part if this week was jazz day and hip hop day.
Attendance and daily Effort:
A) my ate face has bee ood from the beginning. As well as my effort. I feel that I have tried to make a improvement since the beginning of starting PE in grade 11
B) I feel that the energy that I bring to the corse is a good level.
C)when I am put into something that is outside of my comfort zone I just try my best to do what ever that activity is.
D) I'm not to sure what I could do to make my class better. That something I could think about though.

PE 12
THE BASICS:
In this semester of pe I have not missed any classes. I have always participated when being apart of the lesson. And every day I have brought pe strip, on fitness days I bring a towel to have a quick shower.
Nothing from what I have done this semester has affected me during pe. Bring the proper things has only been positive on my pe ability.
PARTICIPATION:
The intensity of how I have participated in pe has been fair. I do what I can when I can.
Doing fitness as a whole I feel I work out the most, and in class I participate, but not to the extent of fitness days
One fitness day that I enjoyed and felt I did well in was the extended beep test. I pushed my self to do the best I could, and I felt great after.

My energy that I bring to class would be mediocre. I just do what ever I'm not always in the mood to be totally preppy. When being in a class setting I try to include everyone in an activity. No one should be left out.
I could help out more with in the class and setting stuff up.

Not to good at keeping up with this
Today I did a 5 km walk/jog/sprint. I did it in 50 minutes exactly. Last week was a short week. Monday was choice, I chose to play ball hockey. Tuesday was a fitness day. We did a circuit. In the circuit there was weights, balance boards, exercise balls, skipping ropes, yoga mats, ladders, little hurdles, medicine balls, cloth things that you put under your feet, benches and running in the middle of the gym. Each time around you had to do a different fitness activity on the different pieces of equipment. I enjoy the circuit very much it's one of my favorites. Wednesday we did our thing in our own class. We played tails and doge ball. I also went to rugby practice and then had ball hockey that night. Thursday we watched the Olympics so nothing went on. And that was my fitness week.

First fitness day
Today was the first fitness day and we did the beep test. I scored a 5.2. I don't feel to upset only because it is the beginning of the year. Hopefully by the end of the year I will have improved. At home I have been working out so maybe that will hep me improve my fitness as well.

year end reflection :(
During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate in a variety of activities? On what days have you participated to your best effort and why? What days have been a struggle for you and why?:
During PE this year i feel that i have shown that i was prepared and willing to participate by bringing my strip. Throught the last couple of weeks i have forgoton it (maybe 5 times thought this year). In my opinon i feel that i have participated to my fullest on everything we have done. I really wanted to feel good about PE this year, which i have. Some days were really amazing. i felt good after and i was energetic and while i was doing the activity i was happy and not bored. Last week friday we had a choice of the pond run or a circut, and in the beging i was not really up to doing the circut and then they said we could do the pond run and i was like yeah:) so i did hat and that was my best pond run ever. Some days were not as fun as others and i feel like i coould have done better but during the time i wasn't feeling it.
How do you contribute to the overall success of the class? What kind of attitude do you bring and why? How do you interact with other students in our class?:
Im not quite sure what success i bring to the class.... Personaly i think i bring a fun and kind attitude to the class. I think i do his because of the people i am with, they make me feel happy so i feel happy and i like o make them laugh. My personality is actually very outgoing and i hide it away so i can focus during calss and then when pe comes i feel free :P. i interact with the other students and try to become friends and i am friendly towards them but i relly only have about 5 good friends in the class.
Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself physically? What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most? What fitness goals do you have for the rest of the year?:
During fitness days i ussually push myself, untill i feel uncomftorable, then i usually slow down. my favorite fitness activities are the 30-30, the Mr. vaughn one, and the pond run. my favorite activity outside of school is when i play ball hockey. It is so much fun and i get a relly good workout. for the rest of the year my fitness goals are most likly to do fitness with my mom and do fun activities. hocky is every wednesday (im not going today though because of exams and my back) and it goes untill the end of the school year so thats fun.
What does "leadership" mean to you? Who are the best leaders in our class - why?:
The word leadership to me means... to lead withought being asked and to not be shy about what you are doing. To make things fun wile you are doing them and to be confedent. to see other peoples ideas and thoughts about something and listen. I would say camille is a really good leader. she does er post all the time she always has her strip and she is fun to be around.
What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year? What are you the most proud of so far?:

snowshoeing 2013
Yesterday our class went to Mt Seymour to go snowshoeing. It was so much fun. I really liked it. My favorite part was when i knew about the Whiskey Jacks and then peole were like "whoa, who said that?". It was so nice while we were walking past the lake and the snow was so nice and it was so pretty. We played a relay game which was called the snowshoe hare realy. it was fun and our group won. After that we walked to a powder patch of snow to try and walk on it with our snowshoes and i fell in lol (the picture is on jessica's blog). Camila Jessica and i just wrote a poem on Camille blogs :) so good :)
